<br />described in the deed to San Leandro Development Company,
<br />recorded August 21, 1972, on Reel 3211 at Image 200, Alameda
<br />County Records, and being further described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the intersection of the northeast line of Merced
<br />Street, as said street is described in the deed from Oakland
<br />Title Insurance and Guaranty Company to the City of San Leandro,
<br />dated December 8, 1952, and recorded December 16, 1952, in Book
<br />6901, at pages 554 and 555, Alameda County Records, with the
<br />northwest line of the parcel of land described in the deed from
<br />Thomas H. Peterson, et. ux., to V. A. Local 444, Journeyman and
<br />Apprentices Training Fund Building Foundation, Incorporated,
<br />dated February 28, 1964, on Reel 1136 at Image 146, Alameda
<br />County Records; thence along said northeast line of Merced Street
<br />north 27°43'30" west 91.50 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
<br />thence continuing north 27°43'30" west 6.00 feet; thence north
<br />62°16'30" east 10.00 feet; thence south 27°43'30" east 6.00 feet;
<br />thence south 62°16'30" west 10.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
<br />BEGINNING.
