BLUE, Counq Recorder <br />CALPROP CORPORATION, a California corporation, hereby grants to <br />the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, all the real property <br />situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, <br />described as follows: <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, being a portion of that parcel of land <br />described in the deed from Charles Cross to Pacific Gas and <br />Electric Company, recorded November 18, 1927, in Book 1753 at <br />Page 142, Alameda County Records, and being further described <br />as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of that certain strip <br />of land, 50 feet wide, described in the easement from Pacific <br />Gas and Electric Company to the City of San Leandro, recorded <br />July 30, 1964, on Reel 1273 at Image 570, Alameda County Records, <br />said easement being used for roadway purposes and being known <br />as Rose Drive; thence along the northeast line of said strip of <br />land south 46°31'35" east 205.68 feet to a point on the north- <br />west line of San Leandro Boulevard as described in the deed from <br />Pacific Gas and Electric Company to the City of San Leandro, <br />recorded April 26, 1974, on Reel 3649 at Image 13, Alameda County <br />Records; thence along the last said line south 43°28'25" west <br />50.00 feet to the southwest line of said strip of land; thence <br />along the last said line north 46°31'35" west 185.39 feet to a <br />tangent curve concave to the south, having a radius of 20.00 feet; <br />thence northwesterly, westerly, and southwesterly along said <br />tangent curve, through a central angle of 90°14'07" a distance of <br />31.50 feet to a point of cusp with a tangent line, said tangent <br />line being the southeast line of that certain parcel of land <br />described in the deed from Title Insurance and Trust Company to <br />the City of San Leandro, recorded January 24, 1963, on Reel 781 <br />at Image 235, Alameda County Records, last said parcel being now <br />known as Coburn Court; thence along the last said line north <br />43°14'18" east 70.08 feet to the BEGINNING. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 10,365 square feet, <br />more or less.
