Real property irr--che City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, being a portion of that certain parcel <br />of land described in the deed from Ernest I. Proietti and <br />Violet Proietti, his wife, to Ernest I. Proietti and Violet <br />Proietti, his wife, as joint tenants, dated March 27, 1963 <br />and recorded April 1, 1963 on Reel 842 at Image 784, Alameda <br />County Records, and being further described as follows: <br />Beginning at the most northerly corner of the parcel of land <br />described'in said deed, said corner being on the southwest <br />line of Last 14th Street (100.00 feet wide) at its intersection <br />with the northeasterly prolongation of the northwest line of <br />Tract 804 as shown on the map of Tract 804, filed September <br />26, 1947 in Book 11 of Maps at page 28, Alameda County Records; <br />thence along the said southwest line of East 14th Street south <br />460 36' 32" east 50.00 feet (south 460 36' 32" east being <br />taken as the bearing of said southwest line for the purpose <br />of this description) to a point of cusp with a tangent curve, <br />concave to the south, having a radius of 50.00 feet and a <br />central angle of 90" 00' 00"; thence northwesterly, westerly <br />and southwesterly along said curve a distance of 78.54 feet <br />to a point of cusp with a tangent line being the northwest <br />line of the parcel of land described in said deed; thence <br />along last said line north 430 23' 28" east 50.00 feet to the <br />Beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 537 square feet, <br />more or less. <br />Purchase price includes restr%ping parking lot and relocation of <br />free standing sign by Optionor. <br />Optionee shall install a stoma drain to the new extension of San Leandro <br />Boulevard. <br />Optionee shall replace existing sidewalks, curbs and gutters. <br />Optionee shall install adequate driveway aprons and curb cuts on <br />East 14th Street frontage as near as existing and on the northwesterly <br />property line of the frontage of the new extension of San Leandro <br />Boulevard, locations to be approved by Optioner, <br />
