IV Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, being a portion of Lot 2 and a portion of Lot 3 as said lots are shown on the Record of Survey for Oliver and Coburn, filed February 8, 1963 in Book 4 of Records of Survey at page 70, Alameda County Records, and being further described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the southwest line of said Lot 3 with the northwest line or Coburn Court (north 43°14'18" east being taken as the bearing of last said line for the purpose of this description) as said lot and Court are shown on said Record of Survey; thence along the said southwest line of Lot 3 north 46°45'42" west 135.00 feet to the most westerly corner of said Lot 3; thence south 79°36'43" east 149.80 feet; thence easterly and northeasterly along a tangent curve, concave to the north, having a radius of 20.00 feet through a central angle of 57°08'59" a distance of 19.95 feet to a point of cusp with a tangent line being the said northwest line of Coburn Court; thence along last said line south 43°14'18" west 98.06 feet to the Beginning. The above described parcel of land contains 5,903 square feet, more or less.
