IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2022- <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO <br />APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 FOR $39,997 AND APPROVE CHANGE <br />ORDER NO. 3 - FINAL AGREEMENT OF QUANTITIES FOR $17,104.43 TO <br />THE ORIGINAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $245,442 WITH <br />COLUMBIA ELECTRIC, INC. FOR THE DAVIS ST./CARPENTIER ST. <br />PEDESTRIAN HYBRID SIGNAL PROJECT, PROJECT NO 2016.0550 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro did on April 19, 2021, award a construction <br />contract to Columbia Electric, Inc. by Resolution No. 2021-062 for the Davis <br />St./Carpentier St. Pedestrian Hybrid Signal Project, Project No. 2016.0550; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to increase the scope of the project to include <br />additional work to the contract; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Columbia Electric, Inc. has agreed to the terms of the contract change <br />orders pending Council approval. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That Change Order No. 2 for $39,997 is approved; and <br /> <br />That Change Order No. 3 – Final Agreement of Quantities for $17,104.43 is <br />approved; and <br /> <br />That the City Manager or her designee is authorized to execute all documents and <br />agreements to effect the intent of this Resolution. <br /> <br />Introduced by _______ and passed and adopted this 19th day of September 2022, <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />ATTEST: ____________________________ <br /> Kelly B.
