With a vote of 5-0-2, <br />all in favor, with Councilmembers Lopez and Simon absent. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS3. <br />Comments were made by the following individuals: Douglas Spalding <br />AMENDMENT OF CONSENT CALENDAR4. <br />There was no amendment to the Consent Calendar. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR5. <br />Approval of the Consent Agenda <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Cox, seconded by Councilmember <br />Aguilar, to Approve the Consent Calendar.
