IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2022- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO <br />APPROVE PARCEL MAP 11183 FOR ASSESSORS PARCEL NUMBER 076-0420-024, <br />025, 026 AND 027; OWNERS, SUBDIVIDERS AND APPLICANTS RONGKANG WANG <br />AND KAYLA KWANYING PENG. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Subdividers, Rongkang Wang and Kayla Kwanying Peng, have <br />submitted Parcel Map 11183 to the City Council for approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed map is consistent with the City’s <br />2035 General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer attests that the proposed map complies with the <br />provisions of San Leandro Municipal Code §7-1-1020 et seq. and with the provisions of the <br />Subdivision Map Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City’s consulting Land Surveyor attests that said parcel map is <br />technically correct pursuant to California Government Code §66450(b). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />• That said Parcel Map 11183 is categorically exempt from the environmental <br />review requirements of CEQA, under Title 5, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro <br />Administrative Code; and <br /> <br />• That said Parcel Map 11183 is hereby approved, subject to the City Engineer’s <br />Report attached hereto and made part hereof; and <br /> <br />• That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to execute the City Clerk’s <br />Statement on Parcel Map 11183 and the Subdivider shall deliver the executed <br />map to the Alameda County Recorder for recordation. <br /> <br />Introduced by _______ and passed and adopted this 6th day of September 2022, by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Kelly B.
