<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and David Clovis Consultants and <br />Associates <br /> <br /> Last revised 04/11/2022 <br /> Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The City of San Leandro is requesting the services of a risk management professional to evaluate <br />the current function and staffing of the Risk Management function at the City. In addition the <br />consultant will provide consulting services including but not limited to claims management, <br />contract management, risk evaluations, safety compliance, insurance/risk transfer and other related <br />risk management functions. Consultant will work with Megahn Stephenson and other member’s <br />of the department to create a plan for the future of Risk Management. The consultant will review <br />Risk Management processes within the City to better understand the current practices and make <br />recommendations as identified. The consultation will be provided both remotely and on site as <br />necessary. <br /> <br />The deliverables for this project will be: <br />1. Provide a recommendation for future staffing of the risk management function. <br />2. Provide recommendations for the overall Risk Management Function for the City and <br />evaluate options for optimal reporting relationships. <br />3. Assess current claims and contracts and work with departments to achieve compliance <br />with City requirements. <br />4. Identify and evaluate organizational opportunities for the risk management operation, <br />including evaluating current City Departments working relationships with risk and <br />determine processes and procedures to enhance the risk management function. <br />5.
