<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 2/24/2022 <br />Ryals & Associates, Inc. for Temporary Administrative Support Exhibit C – Page 1 of 2 <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />COMPENSATION SCHEDULE & REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br /> <br />Temporary Staffing for Administrative Assistant II $47.50 - 57.50/hour <br /> <br />Placement fee for the hiring of the employee 25% of 1st year <br /> annual base salary <br /> <br />FEE AGREEMENT: The hourly bill rate for a temporary employee will be in the $47.50 per hr. - $57.50 per <br />hr. range, depending on the hourly rate Consultant pays temporary employee. If City hires a temporary <br />employee or any other person as a result of referral, the regular placement fee due Consultant for the hiring <br />of the employee will be twenty-five (25%) percent of the first-year annual base salary. <br /> <br />TERMS OF PAYMENT: Invoices for temporary services are due within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice. <br />The direct hire fee is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the commencement of employment. The fee <br />is the obligation of City. <br /> <br />DIRECT HIRE PLACEMENT GUARANTEE: If the direct hire fee is received within ten (10) calendar days <br />from the commencement date of employment, there will be a ninety (90) calendar day replacement <br />guarantee. If the fee payment is not made within ten (10) calendar days, a thirty (30) calendar day <br />replacement guarantee is offered. (In the event of replacement, fee will be adjusted according to the new <br />salary.) <br /> <br />CONDITIONS OF FEE PAYMENT OBLIGATION: If a candidate referred by Consultant for regular hire or <br />temporary employment, within one year of the last date of interview, resume referral, or temporary <br />assignment, whichever shall later occur, accepts regular or temporary employment with City, its subdivision <br />or affiliate, or any other organization or company to which the candidate is referred by City, the City shall be <br />subject to the fee provisions of this agreement, and agrees to pay to the Consultant a fee as provided <br />above or temporary fee as per length of agreed upon assignment.
