<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 07/01/2022 <br />Tri Commercial for Real Estate Services Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The primary focus of said services has been to meet the City of San Leandro’s priority to help the homeless <br />community by locating viable properties throughout the City of San Leandro for short and/or long-term <br />housing solutions that include tiny homes, rapid re-housing, navigation center, and emergency, transitional <br />and/or affordable housing. TRI Commercial will be available for conference calls, site visits, and in-person or <br />online meetings, in order to keep the City informed of significant developments, and to respond to inquiries <br />in a timely manner.
