<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 06/30/2022 <br />Zencity for Public Safety Community Survey Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Zencity's Blockwise platform is a live dashboard showcasing results and continuous feedback from our <br />residents, specifically in relation to public safety and trust within the community. The partnership entails <br />Zencity running a recurring survey measuring resident safety and trust in law enforcement agencies, with <br />ongoing scores always viewable from a live dashboard and results aggregated into a report each quarter. <br /> <br />The survey takes into account community demographics including age/gender/ethnicity/income/location, to <br />ensure the outcomes are both statistically-valid and community representative. Further, the survey consists <br />of a few short questions focusing on trust, public safety, and an open -ended question that would collect <br />feedback on community focus areas for residents. Zencity is responsible for running the survey, collecting <br />responses, and showcasing results. <br /> <br />In addition, Zencity will look to partner with the San Leandro Police Department to build -out its "exit survey" <br />capabilities. Such survey capabilities will allow the police to better engage and collect feedback from <br />residents who have recently interacted with San Leandro Police. <br /> <br />The combination of this approach provides a robust engagement relating to community trust and public <br />safety. <br /> <br />Zencity’s Blockwise platform is not intended to, nor shall it, serve as a platform for members of the public to <br />submit complaints against City personnel, or otherwise substitute or replace the City’s procedures to <br />investigate complaints by members of the public against the personnel of the City of San Leandro Police <br />Department.
