STATE OF CALIFORNIA - STATE LANDS COMMISSION <br />LEASE 7744 <br />This Lease shall become effective only when approved by and executed on behalf of the State Lands <br />Commission of the State of Califormia and a duly executed copy has been delivered to Lessee. The submission of <br />this Lease by Lessor, its agent, or representative for examination by Lessee does not constitute an option or offer <br />to lease the Lease Premises upon the terms and conditions contained herein, or a reservation of the Lease Premises <br />in favor of Lessee.
