IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2022-106 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A TWO- <br />YEAR NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE OPTION FOR <br />THREE ONE-YEAR EXTENSIONS BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br />DAVID SAMS FOR MANAGEMENT OF THE CITY'S CONTRACT WITH <br />AMERICAN GOLF CORPORATION FOR AN ANNUAL AMOUNT OF $60,000 (PLUS <br />ANNUAL COLA) <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and David Sams, a copy of <br />which is attached, was presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council hereby RESOLVES as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement for the maximum amount of compensation of $60,000 is hereby <br />approved and execution by the City Manager is authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Aguilar and passed and adopted this 21't day of June 2022, <br />by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Azevedo, Cox, Lopez, and Cutter (5) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers Ballew and Simon <br />ATTEST: <br />Leticia I.
