MOBILIZATION: Contractor shall have five (5) business days from notice by City to <br />provide proof of insurance, proof of Contractor’s license, proof of business license <br />and such other documentation as required. <br /> <br />7. PAYMENT: Payment will be made when tree maintenance is complete. <br /> <br />8. PROJECT DELIVERY: All work described in this scope is to be completed within <br />sixty (60) workdays from issuance of the Purchase Order. <br /> <br />9. REJECTION OF WORK: Contractor agrees that the City has the right to make all <br />final determinations as to whether the work has been satisfactorily completed. <br /> <br />10. TRAFFIC CONTROL AND ACCESS: Contractor shall provide traffic and pedestrian <br />control as needed. Actual amount to be determined in the field. The Contractor shall <br />maintain proper barricades to detour golf cart and walking traffic during the cutting <br />and removal of trees. <br /> <br />11.
