"'I'lDSON <br />aLAMED;� CUuN; ', CA. <br />pace above this iine <br />for Recorder's use <br />GRANT OF EASEMENT <br />THE WESTERN PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, a corporation, <br />Grantor, does hereby GRANT unto the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, Grantee, an <br />easement for roadway purposes over and across that certain <br />real property situate in the City of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, more particularly described in <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof <br />as fully as if herein set forth at length. <br />In the event the property herein described or any part <br />thereof shall ever cease to be used for the purposes provided <br />in this deed, said easement, or such part thereof as shall have <br />ceased to be so used, and all right, title and interest of <br />Grantee, its successors or assigns therein, shall revert to <br />Grantor, its successors or assigns. <br />This instrument is subject to all valid existing con- <br />tracts, leases, liens, encumbrances or claims of title which <br />may affect the said property herein described, and the word <br />"grant" as used herein shall not be construed as a covenant <br />against the existence of any thereof. <br />./1 Dated: t. do , 1976. <br />THE WESTERN PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY <br />By i ��-- <br />Vice President <br />and byt <br />Secretary <br />
