WE , CITY CLERK <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />THE SINGER COMPANY, a corporation, does hereby grant to the <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, an easement for purposes <br />of installation and maintenance of traffic control devices in, on, and <br />above the parcel of land situate in the City of San Leandro, County <br />of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />A portion of the parcel of land described in the deed from <br />Judith Carrie Warren, a widow, et al., to Manuel Dutra Faria, <br />dated November 25, 1907, and recorded in Book 1438 of Deeds <br />at page 24, Alameda County Records, and being further described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the northeast line of Washington <br />Avenue (60 feet wide), formerly Watkins Street and County <br />Road No. 535, with the northwest line of that parcel of land <br />described in said deed; thence along the last said line north <br />42° 00' 00" east 22.35 feet to a point on a non -tangent curve, <br />concave to the southwest, having a radius of 800.00 feet (a <br />radial line to said curve at said point bears north 50° 59' 04" <br />east); thence southeasterly along said curve through a central <br />angle of 110 06' 56" a distance of 155.20 feet to a tangent line <br />drawn parallel with and 36.00 feet northeasterly measured at right <br />angles from said northeast line of Washington Avenue; thence <br />along said tangent line south 27° 54' 00" east 18.60 feet <br />to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence north 42° 00' 00" east <br />15.00 feet; thence south 27° 54' 00" east 28.00 feet; thence <br />south 42° 00' 00" west 14.02 feet to a point on a non -tangent curve, <br />concave to the northeast, having a radius of 40.00 feet (a radial <br />line to last said curve at said point bears south 49° 48'02" <br />west); thence northwesterly along the last said curve through a <br />central angle of 120 17' 58" a distance of 8.59 feet to a tangent <br />line; thence along the last said tangent line north 27' 54' 00" <br />west 19.15 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 392 square feet, more <br />or less. <br />Dated: July 5, 1977 Assessor's No.: 77D-1410-2.3 <br />ATTEST.
