WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro has requested conveyance of a perpetual right of way and easement for public highway purposes over, upon, and across a portion of the Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District channel, for the extension of Springlake Drive, said portion being more particularly designated and described as: No. 6743 All that certain real property situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: COMMENCING at the point of intersection of the northeasterly line of Springlake Drive, 100.00 feet in width, as said drive is shown on that certain map entitled "Parcel Map No. 715 City of San Leandro Alameda County, California" etc., filed May 2, 1972, in Book 72 of Maps at page 82 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California, with the southeasterly line of that iertain parcel of land described in the deed from D. AND WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors does and it hereby finds and determines that the conveyance of the requested right of way and easement is in the public interest and that the interest in land conveyed will not substantially conflict or interfere with the use of such property by the Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the conveyance of a perpetual right of way and easement to the City of San Leandro for public highway purposes and incidents thereto, over, upon, and across the hereinabove described real property, be and the same is hereby approved and authorized under the authority of Section 25526.6 of the Government Code of the State of California; and
