Policy No. <br />S-611270 ' <br />Order No. <br />104610 <br />SCHEDULE C <br />The land referred to in this policy is described as follows: <br />That parcel of land in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, <br />State of Califoria, described as follows: <br />A portion of Block 34, Map of the Town of San Leandro, filed <br />February 27, 1855, Map Book 2, page 43, Alameda County Records, <br />described as follows; <br />Beginning on the northeastern line of San Leandro Boulevard, <br />formerly Estudillo Street, distant thereon northwesterly 399.60 <br />feet from the intersection thereof with the northwesten line of <br />Davis Street, as shown on the the map herein referred to; thence <br />northwesterly along said line of San Leandro Boulevard, 37 feet; <br />thence northeasterly parallel with the northwestern line of St. <br />John Street, formerly Juana Street, abandoned as shown on the said <br />map 150 feet; thence southeasterly parallel with said line of San <br />Leandro Boulevard, 37 feet; thence southwesterly parallel with <br />said line of St. John Street, 150 feet to the point of beginning. <br />CLT.A Standard Coveraqe Policy-1973 Page 4 <br />
