<br />California, being portions of Lot 3, Tract 659, filed April 23, 1943, in Book
<br />8 of Maps at pages 54 and 55, Alameda County Records and portions of Lots 1,
<br />2, 3, 4 and 5, as shown on the map entitled "Map of Durnan's Addition To the
<br />Town of San Leandro", filed December 16, 1870, and recorded June 10, 1871, in
<br />Book 1 of Maps at page 33 Alameda County Records, more particularly described

<br />Beginning at the intersection of the southeastern line of said Lot 3, with the
<br />northeastern line of Wayne Avenue, as said lot and avenue are shown on said
<br />Tract 659, said intersection also being the beginning of a curve, tangent to
<br />said line of Wayne Avenue, concave to the east, having a radius of 11.18 feet;
<br />thence along said curve, northwesterly, northerly and northeasterly, through a
<br />central angle of 90° 00' 00", a distance of 17.56 feet to a tangent line drawn
<br />parallel with and 11.18 feet northwesterly, measured at right angles, from
<br />said line of Lot 3; thence along said parallel line, north 620 02' 30" east,
<br />25.06 feet to a tangent curve, concave to the west, having a radius of 113.00
<br />feet; thence along last said curve, northeasterly and northerly, through a
<br />central angle of 79° 32' 00", a distance of 156.86 feet to a tangent reverse
<br />curve, concave to the southeast, having a radius of 16.00 feet; thence along
<br />last said curve, northerly, northeasterly and easterly, through a central
<br />angle of 90° 00' 00", a distance of 25.13 feet to a tangent line, said tangent
<br />line being parallel with and 38.00 feet southerly, measured at right angles,
<br />from the southern line of Davis Street, as said street is shown on said "Map
<br />of Durnan's Addition To the Town of San Leandro"; thence along last said
<br />parallel line, north 720 30' 30" east 70.00 feet to a tangent curve, concave
<br />to the northwest, having a radius of 108.00 feet; thence along last said
<br />curve, easterly and northeasterly, through a central angle of 110 28' 42", a
<br />distance of 21.64 feet to a tangent reverse curve, concave to the southeast,

<br />easterly, through a central angle of 110 28' 42", a distance of 18.43 feet to
<br />a tangent line, last said tangent line being parallel with and 34.00 feet
<br />southerly, measured at right angles, from said line of Davis Street; thence

<br />curve, concave to the south, having a radius of 20.00 feet; thence along last
<br />said curve, easterly and southeasterly, through a central angle of 790 32' 00"
<br />a distance of 27.76 feet to the southwestern line of Pacific Avenue, as said
<br />avenue is shown on said "Map of Durnan's Addition To the Town of San Leandro";
<br />thence along said line of Pacific Avenue, south 270 57' 30" east, 69.11 feet
<br />to the southeastern line of said Lot 1 of "Map of Durnan's Addition To the
<br />Town of San Leandro"; thence along last said line and continuing along the
<br />southeastern line of Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5 of "Map of Durnan's Addition To the
<br />Town of San Leandro", south 620 02' 30" west, 255.75 feet to the southwestern
<br />line of said Lot 5; thence along last said line, north 270 57' 30" west, 0.26
<br />feet to the said southeastern line of Lot 3 of Tract 659; thence along last
