<br />California, being a portion of Lot 3, as shown on Estudillo Park,
<br />Eden Twp., filed January 31, 1911, in Book 26 of Maps, at page 7,
<br />Alameda County Records, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the western line of Hesperian Boule-
<br />vard, formerly Telegraph Road, 60 feet wide, with the northern line
<br />of Halcyon Drive, formerly Holland Avenue, 56 feet wide, as said road
<br />and avenue are shown on said Estudillo Park, Eden bwp.; thence along
<br />last saig line, West, 138.435 feet; thence north 0 11' 45" west
<br />(north 0 11' 45" west being the bearing taken for the purpose of this
<br />description), 43.16 feet to a point on a non -tangent curve, concave
<br />to the north, having a radius of 72 feet, a radial of said curve to
<br />said point bears south 3 48' 23" east; thencS along said non -tangent
<br />curve, easterly, through a central angle of 9 01' 56", a distance of
<br />11.35 feet to a reverse curve, concave to the south, having a radius of
<br />of 88 feet; then&e along said reverse curve, easterly, through a cen-
<br />tral angle of 12 50' 19", a distance of 19.72 feet to a tangent line
<br />drawn parallel with and 47 feet northerly, measured at right angles,
<br />from the said line of Halcyon Drive; thence along said parallel line,
<br />East, 40.00 feet to a tangent curve concave to the south, having a
<br />radius of 88 feet; hence along last said curve, easterly, through a
<br />central angle of 12 50' 19", a distance of 19.72 feet to a reverse
<br />curve, concave to the north, having a radius of 72 feet; thence along
<br />laat said reverse curve, easterly, through a central angle of
<br />12 50' 1911, a distance of 16.13 feet to a compound curve, concave to
<br />the northwest, having a radius of 32 feet; thence along said compound
<br />curve easterly, northeasterly and northerly, through a central angle
<br />of 90 11 45", a distance of 50.37 feet to a cusp tangent to the said
<br />lane of Hesperian Boulevard; thence along last said line, south
<br />0 11' 45" east (south 0 11' 45" east being the bearing taken for the
<br />western line of Hesperian Boulevard for the purpose of this description),
<br />75.11 feet to the Beginning.
