<br />Twp., filed January 31, 1911, in Book 26 of Maps, at page 7, Alameda
<br />County Records, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the intersection of the northern line of Halcyon Drive,
<br />formerly Holland Avenue, 56 feet wide, with the western line of Hesperian
<br />Boulevard, formerly Telegraph Road, 60 feet wide, as said avenue and road
<br />are shorn on said Estudillo Pagk, Eden Twp.; thence along last said line,
<br />north 0 11' 45" west (north 0 11' 45' west being the bearing taken for
<br />the purpose of this description), 75.11 feet the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING:
<br />thence continueing along last said line, Borth 0° 11' 45" west 49.89 feet;
<br />thence West, 138.435 feet; thence south 0 11' 45" east, 81.84 feet to
<br />a point on a non -tangent curve, concave to the north, having a radius of
<br />72 feet, a radial of said curve to said point bears south 3 48' 23" east;
<br />thence along said non -tangent curve, easterly, through a central angle of
<br />9 01' 56", a distance of 11.35 feet to a reverse curve, concave to the
<br />south, having a radius of 88 feet; thence along said reverse curve,
<br />easterly, through.a central angle of 12 50' 19", a distance of 19.72 feet
<br />to a tangent line drawn parallel with and 47 feet northerly, measured at
<br />right angles, from the said line of Halcyon Drive; thence along said
<br />parallel line, East, 40.00 feet to a tangent curve concave to the south,
<br />having a radius of 88 feet; thence along last said curve, easterly, through
<br />a central angle of 12° 50' 19", a distance of 19.72 feet to a reverse
<br />curve, concave to the north, having a radius of 72 feet; thence along last
<br />said reverse curve, easterly, through a central angle of 12 50' 19",
<br />a distance of 16.13 feet to a compound curve, concave to the northwest,
<br />having a radius of 32 feet; thence along said compound cure, easterly,
<br />northeasterly and northerly, through a central angle of 90 11' 45", a
<br />distance of 50.37 feet to a point of cusp tangent to the said line of
<br />Hesperian Boulevard; said point being also said TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
<br />The above described parcel of land contains an area of 10,251 square
