Real property in the City of San Leandro, Alameda County, State of <br />Calffornia, being a portion of Lot 3, as shown on Estudillo Park, <br />Eden Twp., filed January 31, 1911, in Book 26 of Maps, at page 7, <br />Alameda County Records, more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the northern line of Halcyon Drive, <br />formerly Holland Avenue, 56 feet wide as said avenue is shown on <br />said Estudillo Park, Eden Twp., with the western line of saV Lot 3; <br />thence along last said line, north 00 11' 45" west (north 0 11' 45" <br />west being taken as the bearing of the said western line of Lot 3 <br />for purposes of this description), 43.00 feet to the TRUE POINT <br />OF BEGINNING: thence continueing along last said line north 0° 11' <br />45" west, 7.00 feet to a line drawn parallel with and 50.00 feet <br />northerly, measured at right angles, from the said line of Halcyon <br />Drive; 8hence along said parallel line, East, 138.435 feet; thence <br />south 0 11' 45" east, 6.84 feet to a point on a non-tangant curve, <br />concave to the north, having a radius gf 72 feet a radial of said <br />curve to last said point bears south 3 48' 23" ea8t; thence along <br />said curve, westerly, through a central angle of 3 48' 23", a <br />distance of 4.78 feet to a tangent line, thence along <br />last said line, West, 133.66 feet to the: TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />The above described parcel of land contains an area of 969 square <br />feet, more or less. <br />LD 84-148 <br />Dwg. 985 Case 1602 <br />Halcyon Dr. Widening <br />1104 Halcyon <br />Nickals <br />Temp Slope & Const.
