This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by Deed or Grant, dated May 20, 1985 from Angelo Maselli and Rosaria H. Maselli /A. to the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, is hereby accepted on behalf of the City Council of the City of San Leandro, pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 84-198, adopted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on October 1, 1984, and the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly - authorized officer.
