Policv Number Order Number 5-577331 SCHEDULE C 103401 The land referred to in this Policy is described as follows: That parcel of land in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Being a portion of Lot 78, Tract 659, filed April 23, 1943, Map Book 8, page 54, Alameda County Records, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the western line of said Lot 78, with the southern line of Davis Street, formerly County Road Number 1434, as said lot and street are shown on said tract; thence along last said line, north 721 30' 30" east, 31.21 feet, to a tangent curve, concave to the southwest, having a radius of 20 feet; thence along said curve, northeasterly, easterly and southeasterly, through a central angle of 79' 32', a distance of 27.76 feet to a tangent line, said tangent line being also the western line of Wayne Avenue as said avenue is shown on said tract; thence along said tangent line, south 27° 57' 30" east, 10.82 feet to a line drawn parallel with and 27 feet southerly, measured at right angles, from the said line of Davis Street and.its easterly prolongation; thence along said parallel line, south 720 30' 30" west, 52.84 feet to a point on the said western line of Lot 78; thence along last said line north 171 29' 30" west, 27 feet to the beginning.
