Maselli and Rosaria H. Maselli, his wife, as joint tenants, grantees, <br />of 1105 Gardner Boulevard, San Leandro, all its rights, title and interest in <br />and to the following described parcel of real estate, situated in the City of <br />San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California. <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, being a portion of Wayne Avenue as said avenue is shown on <br />Tract 659, filed April 23, 1943, in Book 8'of Maps, at pages 54 and 55, <br />Alameda County Records, more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the western line of Lot 78 with the <br />northern line of Gardner Boulevard, as said lot and boulevard are shown <br />on said tract; thence along last said line, north 72' 30' 30" east, 50.15 <br />feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, last said point also being the point <br />of tangency of a curve concave to the northwest, having a radius of 15 feet; <br />thence along said curve, northeasterly, northerly and northwesterly, through <br />a central angle of 1000 281, a distance of 26.30 feet to a tangent line, said <br />tangent line being the western line of said Wayne Avenue; thence along last <br />said line, north 270 57' 30" west, 66.39 feet to a line drawn parallel with <br />and 27.00 feet southerly, measured at right angles, from the northern line <br />of said Lot 78 and its easterly prolongation; thence along said parallel <br />line, north 720 30' 30" east, 1.53 feet to a line drawn parallel with and <br />1.50 feet easterly, measured at right angles, from the said western line <br />of Wayne Avenue; thence along last said parallel line, south 27' 57' 30" <br />east, 59.36 feet; thence south 170 29' 30" east, 9.63 feet to a point of <br />tangency on the said curve, a radial of said curve to last said point bears <br />north 720 30' 30" east; thence continuing along the prolongation of last said <br />line south 170 29' 30" east, 15.00 feet to a point on the easterly prolongation <br />of the said line of Gardner Boulevard; thence along last said line, south <br />72' 30' 30" west, 15.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains an area of 144 square feet, <br />more or less. <br />In witness whereof, City of San Leandro, has caused this deed to be <br />signed by its City Manager, and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed <br />this & tO day of A4Ar_, 1987. <br />CITY OF SAN L ANDRO, <br />a municipa orporation <br />by DaVe Karp <br />Mayor <br />Assessor's No.: None <br />
