EXHIBIT C <br />Description of Parcel 02 of Exhibit A <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, being a portion of Lot 1, Lot 2 and Wayne Avenue, as said <br />lots and avenue are shown on Tract 659, filed April 23, 1943, in Book 8 <br />of Maps, at pages 54 and 55, Alameda County Records, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the western line of Lot 78 with the <br />northern line of Gardner Boulevard, as said lot and boulevard are shown <br />on said tract; thence along last said line, and its easterly prolongation, <br />north 720 30' 30" east, 65.15 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence <br />north 170 29' 30" west, 15.00 feet to a point of tangency with a curve <br />concave to the northwest, having a radius of 15 feet, as said curve is <br />shown on said lot, thence continuing, north 170 29' 30" west, 9.63 feet <br />to a line drawn parallel with and 1.50 feet easterly, measured at right <br />angles, from the western line of said Wayne Avenue; thence along last <br />said line, north 270 57' 30" west 59.36 feet to a line drawn parallel <br />with and 27.00 feet southerly, measured at right angles, from the northern <br />line of said lot 78 and its easterly prolongation; thence along last said <br />parallel line, north 72' 30' 30" east, 67.23 feet; thence south 17' 29, 30" <br />east 83.00 feet to a point on the easterly prolongation"V said line of <br />Gardner Boulevard; thence along last said line south 720 30' 30" west <br />56.45 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />The above described parcel of land contains an area of 5,000 square feet, <br />more or less. <br />Page 5 of 6 <br />
