86-235374 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, being Lot 7 and a portion of Lot 8, Tract 701, filed February 21, <br />1945, Map Book 9, page 73, Alameda County Records, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the northwestern line of Davis Street, as <br />shown on said map, with the southwestern line of said Lot 8; thence along <br />said line of Davis Street north 72° 30' 30" east 64.05 feet to a point on a <br />line drawn parallel with and 63 feet northeasterly, measured at right angles, <br />from said southwestern line of Lot 8, said point being the TRUE POINT OF <br />BEGINNING; thence north 270 54' west 3.05 feet, more or less, to a point, <br />said point being 3 feet northwesterly, -measured at right angles, from said <br />line of Davis Street, said point being also a point on a non -tangent curve <br />concave to the northwest having a radius of 200 feet, a radial of said curve <br />to said point bears south 17° 29' 30" east; thence along said curve <br />northeasterly through a central angle of 50 43' 55" a di'stance of 20.01 feet <br />to a reverse curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 200 feet; <br />thence along said curve northeasterly through a centralangle of 50 43' 55" a <br />distance of 20.01 feet to a tangent line, said tangent line being parallel <br />with and 5 feet northwesterly, measured at right angles, from said line of <br />Davis Street; thence north 72° 30' 30" east 53.55 feet to a tangent curve <br />concave to the northwest having a radius of 20 feet; thence along said curve <br />northeasterly, northerly and northwesterly through a central angle of 100° <br />24' 30" a distance of 35.05 feet to a point of cusp with the northeastern <br />line of said Lot 7, said northeastern line being tangent with said curve at <br />said cusp; thence south 270 54' east 13.49 feet to a tangent curve concave to <br />the northwest having a radius of 13 feet; thence along said curve <br />southeasterly, southerly and southwesterly through a central angle of 100° <br />24' 30" a distance of 22.78 feet to said line of Davis Street; thence south <br />720 30' 30" west 102.27 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 624 square feet, more or less. <br />LO 35-2 <br />--- - [Ywg.- 1025 Case 1602 <br />- Davis Street Widening <br />1156 Davis Street <br />Atlantic Richfield Company <br />75-121-11/3 <br />
