01 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />P6-142710 <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, being a portion of Lot 74, Tract 659, filed April 23, 1943, <br />in Book 8 of Maps, at pages 54 and 55, Alameda County Records, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the southern line of Davis Street, <br />formerly County Road No. 1434, with the eastern line of Lot 74, as <br />said street an$ lot are shown on said tract; thence along last said <br />line, south 17 29' 30" east, 27 feet to a line drawn parallel with <br />and 27 feet southerly, measured at right angles, from tP said line of <br />Davis Street; thence along said parallel line, south 72 30' 30" west, <br />50 feet 8o the western line of said Lot 74; thence along last said line, <br />north 17 29' 30" west, 27 fee to said line of Davis Street; thence <br />along last said line, north 72 30' 30" east, 50 feet to the Beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains an area of 1,350 square feet, <br />more or less. <br />86-1 4 27 1 0 <br />This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by Deed or Grant, <br />dated November 19, 1985 , from Petr.onio Aguilar and Caridad S.
