<br />Beginning at the intersection of the southern line of Davis Street, for- -
<br />merly County Road Number 1434, with the eastern line of Lot 72, as said
<br />street and lot are shown on said tract; thence along last said line, south
<br />240 40' 12" east, 13.91 feet; thence south 710 15' 19" west, 54.67 feet to
<br />a point on the western line of said Lot 72; thence along last said line,
<br />north 27' 17' 27" west, 10.86 feet to a point on a non -tangent curve, con-
<br />cave to the south, having a radius of 1,200 feet, a radial of said curve
<br />to last said point bears north 270 17' 27" west; thence along said curve,
