IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ti RESOLUTION NO. 75 - 203 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEVISE OF REAL PROPERTY <br />(1220 - 143rd Avenue) <br />By her will, admitted to probate in Proceeding Number 201489-4, in <br />the Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County of Alameda, <br />the testatrix, who specified that here name was not to be used in any way in con- <br />nection with her gift, devised to the City of San Leandro her real property at <br />1220 - 143rd Avenue, San Leandro, identified on June 26, 1974 as Alameda County <br />Assessor's Parcel 77D-1450-13, "... for use as a public library and/or tennis <br />courts and for no other purpose and to be held by the City of San Leandro for <br />this purpose to the end of time." The gift was made in the name of the parents <br />of the testatrix, Daniel M. and Henrietta A. Heath. The City of San Leandro de- <br />sires to accept said real property subject to the aforestated condition. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE <br />as follows: <br />That said devise of real property, made in the name of Daniel M. and <br />Henrietta A. Heath, is hereby accepted by said City of San Leandro for use <br />forever as a public library and/or tennis courts and for no other purpose. <br />Introduced by Councilman Gill and passed and adopted this 18th day of <br />August, 1975, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Council Members Coppa, Frazier, Gill, Polvorosa, Seymon, <br />Suerstedt; Mayor Maltester ( 7 ) <br />Noes: None ( 0 ) <br />Absent: None ( 0 ) <br />Attest: 0 <br />Richard H.
