It <br />81-185674 <br />a) The front yard of the Property shall be that portion <br />of the Property adjacent to Gardner Boulevard and the <br />rear yard of the Property shall be that portion of <br />the Property adjacent to Davis Street; and <br />b) There shall be no ingress or egress to or from the <br />Property from Davis Street. <br />2. The foregoing covenants shall run with the land. <br />3. The covenants contained in paragraph 1 of this Grant <br />Deed shall be binding for the benefit of the Grantor and its <br />successors and assigns and such covenants shall run in favor of <br />the Grantor.
