<br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, a perpetual easement for installation and
<br />maintenance of sanitary sewer facilities under, over and across all that land situated in
<br />the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows:
<br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of
<br />California, being a portion of Lot 68, Tract 655, filed March 26, 1943
<br />in Book 8 of Maps, at pages 51, 52 and 53, Alameda County Records, more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the intersection of the northwestern line of said lot,
<br />with the northeastern line of said lot, as Said lot is shown on said
<br />tract; thence along last said line south 57 48' 21" east, 3.33 feet to
<br />the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along last said line,
<br />south 57° 48' 21" east, 5.48 feet, to a point on a non -tangent curve,
<br />concave to the southeast, having a radius of 485 feet; a radial of said
<br />curve to last said point bears north 33 32' 03" west; thence along said
<br />non -tangent curve, through a central angle of 80 06' 05", a distance of
<br />68.58 feet to a poin on the southeastern line of said lot; last said
<br />point being south 22 57' east, 9.49 feet from the said northwestern
<br />line of said lot; thence along last said line, north 22° 57' west, 5.27
<br />feet to a point of cusp on a non -tangent curve, concave to the south-
<br />east, having a radius of 890 feet, a radial of last said curve to last
<br />said point bears north 41 26' 17" west; thence along last said curve,
<br />northeasterly, through a central angle of 7 38' 26", a distance of
<br />65.34 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
