We should have <br />sent you a "clean" copy of the deed. The City Attorney's office tells <br />us that the "cut and paste" version, although executed, is unacceptable. <br />Enclosed is a "clean" copy of the deed. Please execute this <br />unsigned deed and return it to the City.
