DAVIDSON, County Recorder <br />APR � 0 1987 <br />AM pM <br />618A1001112111204A6 <br />GRANT DEED A <br />ISIDORE GALLEGO and DORIS GALLEGO, husband and wife, GABRIEL GALLEGO and BETTY M. <br />GALLEGO, husband and wife, and EDWARD GALLEGO and MARY JANE GALLEGO, husband and wife, <br />all as tenants in common,hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, <br />all that land situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, <br />described as follows: <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, being a portion of the parcels of land described in the two <br />deeds from Oakland Title Insurance and Guaranty Company to Pacific Gas <br />and Electric Company both dated May 16, 1923 and both recorded in <br />Book 441 of Official Records, one at page 166 and the other at page 167, <br />Alameda County Records, and being further described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of that 0.224 acre parcel of land <br />described in the deed from Pacific Gas and Electric Company to the <br />County of Alameda dated September 21, 1948 and recorded in Book 5638, <br />of Official Records at page 411, Alameda County Records, said corner <br />being on the southeasterly line of that parcel of land described in <br />the said need recorded in Book 441 of Official Records at page 166, <br />Alameda County Records, said corner being also on the southwesterly line <br />of Bancroft Avenue (60 feet wide), as said avenue is delineated and so <br />designated on that certain map entitled "Tract 770 Eden Township <br />Alameda County California" etc., filed March 26, 1947 in Book 13 of <br />Maps at page 69 thereof, Records of Alameda County; thence along said <br />southeasterly line south 450 58' 21" west, 10.01 feet to a line drawn <br />parallel with and 10.00 feet southwesterly, measured at right angles, <br />from the southwesterly line of that parcel of land described in the <br />said deed from Pacific Gas and Electric Company to the County of <br />Alameda, last said southwesterly line being also the southwesterly line <br />of Bancroft Avenue (60 feet wide); thence along said parallel line <br />north 460 36' 32' west, 162.29 feet to the northwesterly line of that <br />parcel of land described in the said deed recorded in Book 441 of Offi- <br />cial Records at page 167, Alameda County Records; thence along last said <br />line north 450 58' 21" east 10.01 feet to the said line of Bancroft <br />Avenue; thence along last said line south 46' 36' 32" east 162.29 feet <br />to the BEGINNING. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 1,623 square feet, more or <br />less. <br />DATED: APRIL 22, 1986 <br />ASSESSOR'S NO. 77E-1532-2/2 <br />rDWARD GA LEGO <br />(Appropriate Acknowledgments) <br />
