<br />Subject to defeasance and reversion to dedicators or their successors -in -interest upon
<br />abandonment of the hereinafter mentioned property for street purposes or use, LINCOLN SAN
<br />LFANDRO VII, a California limited partnership, as to an undivided 50% interest; and PATRICIAN
<br />ASSOCIATES, INC., a California corporation, as to an undivided 50% interest; as tenants in
<br />common, hereby dedicate, for street purposes, to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corpor-
<br />ation, all that land situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of
<br />California, described as follows:

<br />A portion of Parcel One and Parcel Two, as said parcels are described in
<br />the Grant Deed recorded October 28, 1985 as Instrument Number 85-231119,
<br />Alameda County Records, being more particularly described as follows:
<br />PARCEL
<br />A portion of the aforesaid Parcel Two described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a point on the northwest line of 143rd Avenue, 50 feet wide,
<br />distant thereon north 421 00' 00" east 16.01 feet from the intersection
<br />of said northwest line with the northeast line of the Western Pacific
<br />Railroad 80-foot right of way, as said right of way is shown on the Record
<br />of Survey for Western Pacific Railroad, filed April 3, 1962, in Book 4 of
<br />Record of Surveys at page 45, Alameda County Records, said point being
<br />also the most southerly corner of aforesaid Parcel Two; thence along the
<br />southwest line of said Parcel Two north 490 31' 00" west, 5.00 feet to a
<br />line drawn parallel with and 5.00 feet northwesterly, measured at right
<br />angles, from the said northwest line of 143rd Avenue; thence along said
<br />parallel line north 420 00' 00" east, 70.62 feet to the northeast line of
<br />said Parcel Two; thence along last said line, south 480 00' 00" east,
<br />5.00 feet to the northwest line of 143rd Avenue; thence along the last
<br />said line south 42' 00' 00" west, 70.49 feet to the BEGINNING.
