<br />California, being a portion of the land conveyed by William Ahlem and
<br />Elsie Ahlem, his wife, to Dairy Farmers, Incorporated, a corporation,
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a point on the eastern line of Washington Avenue, distant
<br />on said line north 0° 50' west 105.45 feet from the northern line of
<br />Bradrick Drive, as said avenue and drive are shown on the map of
<br />"TRACT 1266", filed April 15, 1953 in Map Book 33, pages 66 and 67,
<br />Records of Alameda County, said point of beginning being on the northern
<br />line of that certain parcel conveyed by Clarence Souza, et al, to
<br />Service Station Properties, Inc. by deed dated September 23, 1954,
<br />recorded November 1, 1954 in Book 7467, page 123, Official Records of
<br />Alameda Countya thence along the aforesaid eastern line of Washington
<br />Avenue north 0 50 west 101.30 feet, more or less, to the northern
<br />line of the herein mentioned parcel conveyed gy Ahlem to Dairy Farmers;
<br />thence along the last mentioned line north 89 59' east 12.00 feet to
<br />a line parallel with said eastern line of Washington Avenue and 12.00
<br />feet, measured at right angles, easterly therefrom; thence along the
<br />said parallel line south 0 50' east 101.30 feet, more or less, to the
<br />northern line of the aforesaid parcel of land conveyed by Clarence
<br />Souza, et al, to ServicS Station Properties, Inc.; thence along the last
<br />mentioned line south 89 59' west 12.00 feet to the point of beginning.
