<br />San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows:
<br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of Califor-
<br />nia, being a portion of the land conveyed by Clarence Souza, et al, to Service
<br />Station Properties, Inc., a California corporation, by deed dated September 23,
<br />1954, recorded November 1, 1954 in Book 7467, page 123, Official Records of
<br />Alameda County, more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the northerly line of Bradrick Drive with the
<br />easterly line of Washington Avenue, as said drive and avenue are shown on the
<br />map, "TRACT 1266, Eden Township, Alameda County, California", filed April 15,
<br />1953 in Map Book 33, pages 66 a8d 67, Records of Alameda County; thence along
<br />the last mentioned line north 0 50' west 105.45 feet to the northerly line of
<br />the said parcel conveyed by Clarence Souza, et al, to Service Stations Proper-
<br />ties, Inc.; thence along the last mentioned line north 89 59' east 12.00 feet
<br />to a line parallel with said easterly line of Washington Avenue and 12.00 feet,
<br />measured at &fight angles, easterly therefrom; thence along the said parallel
<br />line south 0 50' east 105.28 feet, more or less, to the aforesaid northerly
<br />line of Bradrick Drive; thence along the last mentioned line south 89 10' west
