BYRNE and THERESA BYRNE, his wife, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, all that land situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, being a portion of that certain parcel of land described in the Deed from Triple A Machine Shop, Inc., a corporation, to States Supply & Equipment Co., Inc., dated June 21, 1967 and recorded June 27, 1967 on Reel 1988 at Image 797, Alameda County Records, and being further described ag follows: Beginning at the intersection of the southeast line of that certain parcel of land described as Parcel 7 in the Deed from Crocker -Citizens National Bank, et al., to Harry T. Holgerson, Jr., dated February 19, 1969 and recorded March 7, 1969 on Reel 2360 at Image 245, Alameda County Records, with the northeast line of Doolittle Drive (66.00 feet wide), formerly Bayshore Boule- vard or County Road No. 1434; thence along the said southeast line of Parcel 7 north 25° 18' 47" east 20.08 feet to a point on a non -tangent curve (a radial line of said curve to last said point bears north 44' 27' 18" east); thence southeasterly along said non -tangent curve, concave to the southwest, having a radius of 1,053.00 feet, through a central angle of 0° 19' 5211, a distance of 6.09 feet; thence along a tangent line south 45' 12' 50" east 93.28 feet, more or less. to the angle point in the said northeast line of Doolittle Drive as said angle point is described in said Deed to States Supply & Equipment Co., Inc.; thence along the said northeast line of Doolittle Drive north 56' 46' 05" west 94.59 feet, more or less, to the Beginning.
