s <br />,IN <br />86-259035 <br />Order No. SL-970721 <br />Those parcels of land in the City of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />PARCEL 1: <br />Being a portion of that certain tract of land conveyed to James <br />Linfoot by deed dated September 22, 1899 and recorded in Book 741 <br />of Deeds, page 303, Alameda County Records, described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the southeastern line of Peralta Avenue, <br />distant thereon southwesterly 167 feet from the intersection <br />thereof with the original southwestern line of East 14th Street, <br />formerly County Road from Oakland to San Leandro, said point being <br />also distant 148 feet southwest from the southwestern line of said <br />East 14th Street, as the same exists since widening thereof; <br />thence southwesterly along said line of Peralta Avenue 40 feet; <br />thence south 310 05', east 144 feet; thence northeasterly parallel <br />with said line of Peralta Avenue 40 feet; thence north 31° 05', <br />west 144 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Excepting therefrom that portion conveyed to the City of San <br />Leandro, by deed recorded April 4, 1957, Series No. AM/34391, Book <br />8331 OR, page 84, Alameda County Records. <br />PARCEL 2: <br />Being a portion of that certain tract of land conveyed by William <br />P.
