Just compensation to be paid by plaintiff for the <br />acquisition of said property is the sum of FORTY THREE THOUSAND <br />SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($43,600.00) plus interest thereon at the <br />rate of ten percent (10%) per annum from March 2, 1983, the <br />effective date of the Order of Possession on file herein, to the <br />date of payment of said total sum. In addition to said sum, <br />plaintiff sha l l pay the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ( $ 800 . 00 ) <br />for a temporary construction easement across Parcels A and B from <br />I the date of possession to and including May 19, 1983. <br />2. That in addition to the compensation specified <br />above, and as additional compensation for the acquisition of said <br />properties, plaintiff agrees to bear the costs of demolition of <br />the buildings on the remainder of the property owned by <br />defendants located at 1762 and 1770 San Leandro Boulevard, San <br />Leandro, California. <br />3. That in addition to the compensation specified <br />above and as additional compensation for the acquisition of said <br />properties, plaintiff agrees to bear the cost of utility <br />connections to the properties located at 1762 and 1770 San <br />Leandro Boulevard, San Leandro, consisting of two (2) pull boxes <br />located in the sidewalk for electric and telephone hook-up. <br />4. That in addition to the compensation specified <br />above, plaintiff CITY OF SAN LEANDRO agrees that it will treat <br />the properties located at 1762 and 1770 San Leandro Boulevard, <br />San Leandro, when combined as one (1) parcel as containing a <br />combined total of 10,000 square feet for all purposes related to <br />-2- <br />
