U-0 44860 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State <br />of California, being,a portion of Lots L, M and N, Block 23, as said lots <br />and block are shown on the "Map of the Town of San Leandro", filed February 27, <br />1855, in Map Book 2, page 43, Alameda County Records, described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the northeastern line of San Leandro Boulevard, <br />formerly Estudillo Street, as said boulevard is shown on said map, distant <br />thereon 50 feet northwesterly from the point of intersection thereof with the <br />northwestern line of Thornton Street, as said street is shown on said map, <br />thence northwesterly along said line of San Leandro Boulevard, 50 feet; thence <br />at a right angle northeasterly 150 feet; thence at a right angle southeasterly <br />50 feet; and thence at a right angle southwesterly 150 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains an area of 7,500 square <br />feet, more or less. <br />
