No. 100723 <br />Effective Date October 1, 1982 <br />Said necessary parties (other than those having a claim or interest by reason of matters shown in <br />Exceptions numbered ) to be made defendants in said action to be brought by <br />as plaintiff, are as follows: <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />That Parcel of land in the City of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />Portion of Lot N, Block 28, as said Lot and Block are shown <br />on the "Map of the Town of San Leandro", filed February 27, <br />1855, Map Book 2, page 43, Alameda County Records, described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the northeastern line of San Leandro <br />Boulevard, (formerly Estudillo Street), 80.63 feet wide, <br />as said boulevard is shown on said map, distant thereon 50 <br />feet northwesterly from the point of intersection thereof <br />with the northwestern line of Thornton Street, 60.60 feet <br />wide, as said street is shown on said map; thence northwesterly <br />along said line of San Leandro Boulevard, 50 feet; thence at <br />a right angle, northeasterly, 16 feet; thence at a right angle, <br />southeasterly, 50 feet; and thence at a right angle, south- <br />westerly, 16 feet to the point of beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains an area of 800 <br />square feet, more or less. <br />:LTA GUARANTEE FORM NO, I -REV. 5-3•73-PART 3 <br />
