We have received a Grant <br />Deed and Quit Claim Deed from the property owners and their <br />spouses, respectively. <br />Please complete and return to me a certificate of accep- <br />tance for the real property described on the attached legal <br />description: <br />1. Grant Deed dated December 20, 1982 from the <br />persons listed on Exhibit A to the City of <br />San Leandro. <br />2. Quit Claim Deed dated December 20, 1982 from <br />the persons listed on Exhibit B to the City <br />of San Leandro. <br />We will then forward the deeds to the title company. <br />Authority for this purchase is Council Resolution 82-280. <br />----Elizabeth H.
