<br />Western Title Insurance Company, as trustee under a deed of trust dated
<br />September 30, 1977, made by Roger Harroch and Laury Harroch, husband and wife
<br />as trustor and recorded on September 30, 1977, on Reel 5073, Image 286, of
<br />Official Records in the office of the Recorder of Alameda County, California,
<br />has received from beneficiary thereunder a written request to reconvey in
<br />accordance with the terms of such deed of trust all estate now held by such
<br />trustee under the deed of trust in and to the property hereinafter described;
<br />and the deed of trust and note or notes secured thereby have been presented for
<br />indorsement.
<br />Therefore, Western Title Insurance Company, the trustee, does hereby
<br />reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto,
<br />all estate, now held by trustee under the deed of trust, in and to that property
<br />situated in Alameda County, California, described as follows:
<br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of
<br />California, being a portion of Lot I, Block 46, Map of the Town of San
<br />Leandro, filed February 27, 18SS, in Book 2 of Maps at Page 43, Alameda
<br />County Records and being further described as follows:
<br />Beginning at intersection of the southwestern line of Martinez Street
<br />with the northwestern line of Thornton Street, as said streets are shown
<br />on said map; thence south 620 west along said line of Thornton Street,
<br />4.7S feet, more or less, to the northeastern line of the 100 foot wide
<br />right-of-way of the Southern Pacific Transportation Company; thence north
<br />420 00' 42" west along said line of the 100 foot wide right-of-way 2.33
<br />feet to a point on a non -tangent curve, concave to the northwest, Aaving
<br />a radius of 21.S feet, (a radial line of said curve to said point bears
<br />south S40 28'S4" east); thence along said curve northeasterly, through a
<br />central angle of 170 23118", a distance of 6.S2 feet, more or less, to
<br />a point on a non -tangent line, said line being the said line of Martinez
<br />Street, (a radial line of said curve to said point bears south 710 S2112"
<br />east); thence south 280 east along said line of Martinez Street 6.00 feet,
<br />more or less, to the point of Beginning.
<br />The above described parcel of land contains 20 square feet, more or less.
