LEGAL DESCRIPTION Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, being a portion of that parcel of land described in the deed from Atlantic Richfield Company to Larry M. Barcellos and Janice L. Barcellos, recorded June 18, 1976, on Reel 4409, at Image 338, Alameda County Records, and being further described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the northwest line of Williams Street, formerly West Avenue 129 and County Road No. 7984 (60 feet wide), with the northeast line of Doolittle Drive (80 feet wide), as said drive is described in the Grant of Right of Way from Mary C. Skillen to the County of Alameda, dated January 21, 1947, and recorded February 28, 1947, under Recorder's Series AB/17434, Alameda County Records; thence along last said line north 26' 31' west 150 feet to the north- west line of said parcel from Atlantic Richfield to Barcellos; thence along last said line north 620 30' east 12.00 feet to a line drawn parallel with and 12.00 feet northeasterly, mea- sured at right angles, from the said northeast line of Doolittle Drive; thence along said parallel line south 26° 31' east 99.31 feet to a tangent curve, concave to the north, having a radius of 40.00 feet; thence southeasterly, easterly, and northeasterly along said curve, through a central angle of 90' 59', a distance of 63.52 feet to a line drawn parallel with and 10.00 feet north- westerly, measured at right angles, from the said northwest line of Williams Street; thence along last said parallel line north 62° 30' east 97.31 feet to the northeast line of the said parcel from Atlantic Richfield to Barcellos; thence along last said line south 26' 31' east 10.00 feet to the said northwest line of Williams Street; thence along last said line south 62' 30' west 150 feet to the Beginning. The above described parcel of land dontains 3,537 square feet, more or less. Assessor's No. 79A-385-2-1
