West, City Clerk City of San Leandro 835 East 14th Street San Leandro, California 94577 15-1 533 >0 G R A N T D E E D R :44i37 lM:606 D DO TrITY '" ,U^ WEST,LERK C;'r "O ''IN LEA--rO t' TIMOTHY CORPORATION hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, all the real property situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the southwest line of that certain parcel of land described as "Parcel 2" in the deed from John Henriques and his wife, to Lebrun Inc., a California corporation, dated May 9, 1951 and recorded May 16, 1951 in Book 6439 of Official Records of Alameda County, at page 175, with the northwest line of Williams Street, formerly West Avenue 129; thence along the last said line south 61°55'30" west 309.69 feet to a tangent curve concave to the northeast, having a rad- ius of 20.00 feet; thence along the said curve, southwesterly, westerly and northwesterly a distance of 31.42 feet to a tangent line, said tangent line being also the northeast line of Timothy Drive as described in the deed to the City of San Leandro, dated November 20, 1953 and recorded December 10, 1953 in Book 7201 of Official Records of Alameda County, at page 143; thence along the last said line north 28°04'30" west, 130.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along the said northeast line of Timothy Drive north 28°04'30" west, 240.00 feet; thence north 61°35'30" east, 2.00 feet; thence along a line drawn parallel with and 2.00 feet northeasterly, measured at right angles, from the said northeast line of Timothy Drive, south 28004130" east, 240.00 feet; thence south 61°55'30" west, 2.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
