MEMORANDUM <br />City of San Leandro <br />Public Works Department <br />October 14, 1981 <br />To: City Clerk via Phil Long, Public Works Director <br />From: John Nelson, Assistant Engineer <br />Subj: R/W Dedication and Public Improvement Obligations - 1919 Williams St. <br />As a condition of new construction at 1919 Williams St., J.I. Case Co. <br />is required to dedicate right-of-way and widen the roadway on both Williams <br />St. and Merced St. All required documents are attached. Please handle <br />the documents as follows: <br />1. File both bonds. <br />2. File the letter from Prudential. <br />3. There are two copies of the Grant Deed. One should be recorded <br />and the other is extra. <br />4. There are two copies of the Certificate of Insurance. These <br />can be filed (one is extra). <br />5. One copy of the Public Improvement Agreement should be filed <br />and one sent to: <br />R.M. Powaser <br />J.I.
