Execute and return <br />the following: <br />1. Three copies of Public Improvement Agreement <br />2. Insurance per paragraph 9 of Public Improvement Agree- <br />ment <br />3. Two copies of Abstract <br />4. Bonds and bond forms <br />5. Deed of Reconveyance <br />6. Grant Deed <br />7.
