<br />LINCOLN SAN LEANDRO VI, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, as to an undivided 50%
<br />interest; and PATRICIAN ASSOCIATES, INC., a California corporation, as to an undivided 50%
<br />interest, as tenants in common hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal Corpora-
<br />tion, all the real property situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State
<br />of Califor.-Iia described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northwesterly corner of a portion of the Rancho San Leandro
<br />which is south 13° 03' east 36.97 feet from the intersection of the
<br />southeastern line of Davis Street (66 feet wide) o- County Road 1434, with
<br />the northeastern line of the right of way of the Southern Pacific Company,
<br />formerly the South Pacific Coast Railway, said point of intersection being
<br />the northwest corner of the 57.16 acre tract of land described in the
<br />Superior Court of the State of California, Alameda County, Final Decree in
<br />Partition, Case No, 129028, entitled "Petronella Dora Abele, Et Al., vs Clara
<br />Belle Allen, Et A1", dated July 13, 1934, a certified copy of which was
<br />recorded July 13, 1934, Book 3072, Page 182, Alameda County Records, (the
<br />bearing of Davis Street taken as north 69" 30' east for the purpose of making
<br />this description), said point of beginning also being the southwest corner of
<br />the lands granted to the State of California by Great Southern Life Insurance
<br />Company, a corporation, in the grant deed, dated January 10, 1980 and
<br />recorded on April 10, 1980 as Series 80-064787, Alameda County Records;
<br />thence from said point of beginning, along the southerly line of said lands
<br />of the State of California north 68° 27' 05" east, 317.72 feet and south 210
<br />32' 55" east, 18.68 feet; thence leaving the aforesaid southerly line, south
<br />68' 30' 3022 west, 320.46 feet to a point on the aforesaid northeastern line
<br />of the right of way of the Southern Pacific Company; thence along last said
<br />line, north 13" 03' west, 13.57 feet to the point of beginning.
