10138. d 3 1407 Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California being a portion of Parcel 2 as said parcel is described in the deed from Michael Hester and Maureen Hester to McGuire and Hester, recorded May 23, 1978 on Reel 5405 at Images 173 and 174, Alameda County Records, and being further described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the southwesterly line of the said Parcel 2 with the northwest line of Adam Avenue, 60.00 feet wide; thence along the last said line north 29 45' 40" east 127.31 feet to an angle point in the said northwest line of Adams Avenue; thence con- tinuing along the said northwest line, north 29 43' 54" east 289.55 feet to the northeast line of the said Parcel 2; thence along the last said line north 60 14' 20" west 4.00 feet to a line drawn parallel and 4.00 feet northwesterly, measured at right angles, of the said northwest line of Adams Avenue; thence South 29 43' 54" west 289.55 feet to an angle point; thence south 29 45' 40" west 127.31 feet to the said southwest line of Parcel 2; thence along the last said line south 60° 14' 20" east, 4.00 feet to the Beginning.
